The Training Co-Op is a collaboration between training and industry experts to allow access to high quality learning experiences to the people of South Africa.

Who We Are

The Training Co-Op is a joint venture between Intrade Financial Services and The Greymatter Collective. The team behind the venture are subject matter experts with combined experience of more than 50 years.

What We Do

We focus on delivering skills courses that support the development of business skills to help people attain greater effectiveness and efficiency allowing them to grow in their careers and achieve their aspirations.

How We Do It

Our courses were designed considering the busy and stressful lives that we all lead. We offer group workshops that can be delivered as:

• High Level Interventions: Introductory short courses in the form of 1 day Interventions that address specific objectives related to a specific topic.

​

• In Depth Learning Interventions: Minimum of 2 Day Interventions that focus on delving deeper into specific topics that provides an opportunity to get an in depth understanding of a topic.

​

• Power Hour Interventions: Short introductory interventions that address specific objectives delivered in a “bite-size” format of 1 hour.
